By accessing and using AuraBean ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AuraBean is a wellness application that provides:

• Mood tracking and logging
• Meditation and breathing exercises
• Journal prompts and entries
• Sleep insights integration with Apple HealthKit
• Wellbeing analytics and trends

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Account deletion will permanently remove all your data.

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of AuraBean is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Health Disclaimer

Important: AuraBean is designed for general wellness and self-reflection purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The App should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in AuraBean.

6. Subscription and Payments

AuraBean offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:

• Free trial periods may be offered for new subscribers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AuraBean, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software, are owned by AuraBean and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraBean and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted to or through the App

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
